Licenses The Operator Role Itself.
There are two ways to bring this to your campus. Either someone in your department licenses the operator role itself through one of the two tiers below, or you partner with an already-licensed operator in your area at no cost to your budget (Path B, next section). Local operator availability determines which path is open. The two tiers below are for departments choosing to license the operator role directly. For most campuses, the full Mobile License is the right fit, it's the league cadence campus rec wants.
