A Reason To Come Back
Every Saturday.
Most competitive-entertainment concepts struggle with the same structural problem: high cost-per-acquisition, low repeat visit rate, and programming that loses novelty after the first visit. Saber Tag X-treme is built around national rankings and a 6-week league cycle. Visitors come back because they have a bracket position to defend. Watch how that translates on a venue floor.

that turns dead nights into your second peak.
Tuesday and Thursday seeded league nights with auto-fill. Saturday $25 day-pass walk-in funnel converting at 80% to season registration. Friday corporate, teen birthday, and bachelor/bachelorette events at $500–$2,000 per booking. The 24×24 minimum training floor is your existing footprint: no build-out, no new lease, no new insurance line. The recurring-revenue attraction your competitors don't have, and won't have, for at least three years.
Four Things
Every Operator Already Knows.
We've sat across from enough entertainment-venue operators to know what's actually keeping you up. None of these come up in the trade publications, but they're the operational reality every quarter.
1 · The One-And-Done Customer
Tourists, birthday parties, corporate one-offs, escape-room visitors. They come once and check the box. Nothing in your standard programming brings them back. The recurring-revenue gap is the venue economy's biggest problem, most operators have no answer for it.
2 · The Tuesday/Wednesday Dead Zone
Friday and Saturday print money. Tuesday and Wednesday bleed. Every venue operator knows this. The standard fix is "promotions": happy hours, two-for-ones, theme nights. None of them produce the kind of recurring weekly attendance that fills the calendar reliably.
3 · The Differentiation Arms Race
Escape rooms. Axe throwing. VR. Golf simulators. Topgolf. Pickleball. The entertainment-venue category is in a competitive arms race where every operator needs a signature attraction the next venue doesn't have. The window for real differentiation closes fast.
4 · The Insurance & Liability Friction
Adding any new attraction means new insurance riders, new liability exposure, and new operational friction. Combat-sports adjacent attractions usually mean even more. The friction is real and blocks many otherwise-good ideas at the underwriting stage.

You Schedule The Call.
License partnerships work when both sides are aligned. Below is a plain read of which venue this fits, and which it doesn't. If you see your operation in the first paragraph, the math will tell you the rest. If you see it in the second, we'll save each other time.
If you operate a family entertainment center, axe-throwing facility, escape-room complex, indoor mini-golf, lounge, or experiential venue,
, and you're three or more years into operations. You've watched the differentiation arms race, and you know "another attraction" isn't the answer, recurring weekly revenue is. You've watched your Tuesday and Wednesday numbers stagnate while Friday and Saturday print money. You're tired of one-and-done customers, and you understand league formats are a structurally different revenue model. You want a signature attraction the next venue across town doesn't have, runs on your existing 24×24 minimum floor with no build-out, and generates recurring revenue through league registration alone. If that's the operator you are, the math will tell you the rest.
Where this isn't for you,
If your venue is under eighteen months old and still building base traffic, the league cadence assumes you have a customer base to seed from, wait until you do. If your floor footprint can't accommodate a dedicated 24×24 minimum training area on a recurring basis without disrupting your core attraction, the model won't fit. If your operating culture is heavy-rotation (everything cycles every two-to-four weeks), and you can't commit to a 12-week season cadence, the league format will frustrate you. If your insurance underwriter categorically excludes combat-sports-adjacent programming, the underwriting will block adoption. We'd rather say so up front than waste your time.

All Four Problems.
One Recurring Attraction.
Saber Tag X-Treme is structured as a recurring-league attraction with a walk-in funnel. The ecosystem behind it gives you the operating model, the character framework, and the infrastructure that makes it underwritable.
Saber Tag X-Treme League
Tuesday and Thursday seeded league nights with auto-fill from registered players. Saturday day-pass walk-in funnel. 80% Norfolk-documented conversion to season registration. Friday corporate, teen birthday, bachelor/bachelorette event bookings. The signature attraction that turns dead nights into your second peak.
Saber Kinetics
The dual-sided business model running on a 24×24 minimum training floor inside your existing footprint. Eight revenue streams from one floor: league registration, day-pass walk-ins, events, corporate bookings, sponsorship, equipment, school programs, and corporate team-building. No lease, no build-out, no capital expenditure on new attraction infrastructure.
Code of S.A.B.E.R.
Security · Aptitude · Bravery · Ethics · Resolve. Five principles that make this a structured combat sport with a documented values framework. Not "people swinging swords." This is what makes the program underwritable, defensible to your insurance carrier, and presentable to your local press.
WISE Operating Layer
Master-Coached Form Review, Electronic Scoring & National Rankings, the AcadevoFit-powered Wellness Platform, 12-Volume Academy System. The infrastructure your operator runs on. You don't see it. Your league players benefit from it. It's why your Saturday $25 day-pass converts at 80%, the experience holds up.
The Revenue Model,
Walked Through.
Operators don't sign on marketing. They sign on the math. Here's the actual revenue model walked through line by line. Numbers are drawn from the operating Saber Kinetics framework at full deployment. Your venue's actual numbers will vary by market and base traffic, but the math structure is identical.
Projected gross revenue at full capacity
Projected net revenue at full capacity
These are illustrative Year 1 examples, not guarantees. Even at half the projected league fill rate and half the day-pass conversion rate, the revenue streams above remain structurally intact. A working spreadsheet model with your venue's actual base-traffic numbers is included in the Entertainment Venue Partnership Brief PDF below.
Pick The Path
That Matches Your Venue.
For entertainment venues, the natural model is to license the operator role yourself. Your venue holds the license and runs Saber Tag X-Treme as a recurring attraction on your floor. The two tiers below are the licensing options. For most venues, the natural fit is the Saber Tag League Mobile License. That's the recurring-attraction product venues actually want. The lower-tier LSMA Curriculum option exists, but it's structured as a training-academy program, which most venues don't run.
Saber Tag League Mobile License
Licensed to operate Saber Tag X-Treme inside your venue. Includes equipment kit, league rights, the eight-revenue-stream Saber Kinetics business model, and the operating playbook. The product venues actually want: recurring league nights, walk-in funnel, corporate event capacity, structured as a recurring revenue model from day one.
LSMA Curriculum Commander
Lower-tier Commander License authorizes structured LSMA curriculum delivery, sash-progression training, ages 13+. This is a different kind of operation than what most venues run: it's a training academy program, not a recurring attraction. Available for venues that also want to operate a structured training arm alongside the league, but not the natural fit for a venue's primary use case.
Recurring Revenue.
No Build-Out.
The Mobile License is structured around recurring revenue through league registration. Day-pass walk-ins and event bookings add contribution from the start.
From One Floor
Or New Lease
To Season Conversion
League Insurance
The Mobile License includes equipment kit, curriculum, certification, insurance, and Federation backing. Local sponsors cover league participant costs. Your venue provides the floor on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday plus Friday event slots. No operational scenario where your venue carries the program risk.

Built. Betrayed. Rebuilt by four masters.
In 2015, Edward Armstrong built a nationally recognized light sword academy in the United States in Norfolk. In 2016, the franchise that gave the sport its international structure betrayed the warriors and operators inside it. In 2017, Edward and Julliana Armstrong (with founding masters Nathan Young and Nick Benseman), rebuilt LSTA from scratch as a federation, engineered against every failure mode they'd survived. That history is why partnership terms here favor your organization, not us. We've been on the other side. We know what predatory feels like. We refuse to build that.
