Two Paths. Zero Cost.
See It Work.
Most partnership offers ask the partner to invest capital, manage operations, or absorb liability. This one is structured so the partner does none of those, and the operator carries the cost, the work, and the insurance. See exactly how that arrangement runs.

WISE Operating Layer
Master-Coached Form Review, Electronic Scoring & National Rankings, the AcadevoFit-powered Wellness Platform, 12-Volume Academy System. The infrastructure every partnership program runs on. You don't see it. Your participants benefit from it. It's why the model holds at scale across a federation-registered network across the U.S. and internationally, and why councils, district administrators, and chapter directors are willing to put their name on it.
A Light Sword Martial Arts Platform
With a Documented Municipal Track Record.
There are people who run light sword birthday parties. There are companies that sell training sabers. There is an organization with a federation-registered network operating across the U.S. and internationally, delivered U.S. military installation contracts, municipal Parks & Recreation partnerships across American cities, a 60+ consecutive five-star review record, and a structured nine-form curriculum that has run inside an actual city government's programming portfolio. That organization is LSTA. That track record is what every one of these partnerships is built on.
Find Where You Fit.
Each partner type faces a specific problem LSTA solves uniquely. The pitch isn't generic. The fit is calibrated to your organization's context.
Parks & Recreation
"Your rec center goes quiet at 13."
The 13+ programming gap is the most common problem on a P&R director's desk. LSTA's structured curriculum ran in Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation in 2015. It runs in Norfolk Parks & Recreation right now. Validated in live municipal programming. Available to your district.

"The student who stopped showing up."
Every principal has 30–50 students who don't fit traditional sports, don't join clubs, and are sliding toward dropout. The Code of S.A.B.E.R. character framework reaches them. After-school program at $0 cost to your district. Sponsor-funded.
Re-engage your students →YMCA
"Your January doesn't have to be a cliff."
January-March attrition is a retention crisis every chapter knows. LSTA's sash-progression curriculum + Saber Tag league cadence creates structured re-enrollment loops. Mission-aligned. 20% revenue share. Forward-thinking chapter codesign opportunity.
For YMCA pilot partners →Colleges
"Your sophomore intramural cliff has a competitive solution."
Intramural participation craters past freshman year. Greek Life rivalries lack a positive structured outlet. Saber Tag X-Treme is electronically scored (gender-blind by design), and gives campuses a recruiting differentiator competitors won't have for three years.
For campus recreation →Martial Arts Academies
"Your art stays your art."
Saber Tag is a sport, not a style. Your Karate stays Karate. Your Tae Kwon Do stays Tae Kwon Do. Add the league as a parallel revenue stream: Tuesday/Thursday league nights, Saturday day-pass funnel, corporate events. Three new revenue streams. Brand integrity preserved.
For existing academies →Entertainment Venues
"Guests come once. Then what?"
Tuesday/Wednesday dead zones are the venue economy's biggest problem. Saber Tag X-Treme league nights turn dead nights into your second peak. Saturday $25 day-pass funnel converts at 80% to season registration. Corporate, teen, bachelor/bachelorette events fill Friday.
For venues and operators →Path A. Or Path B.
Local Availability Determines Which Is Open.
There are two ways to bring this to your organization. Either you license the operator role itself (Path A), or you partner with an already-licensed operator in your area at no cost to your budget (Path B). Local operator availability determines which path is open to you.
License The Operator Role
Your organization licenses the operator role itself, becoming the operating entity that delivers the program at your facility. Two licensing tiers exist depending on whether you want curriculum-only or the full league.
Entry-tier license. Structured LSMA curriculum delivery and sash-progression training. The model that ran VB 2015 and runs Norfolk now. Curriculum-only, no league rights.
Full operator license: includes Saber Tag X-Treme league rights, equipment kit, eight-revenue-stream Saber Kinetics business model. Curriculum included alongside the league.
Partner With A Licensed Operator
If a licensed LSTA operator already serves your region, your organization partners with that operator. The operator carries cost, equipment, instructor liability, and program risk. You carry the floor and the relationship with your community.
budget
to you
liability
Subject to local operator availability. If no licensed operator currently serves your area, Path A is the alternative.
Schools partner using a sponsor-funded variant of Path B. Local business sponsors cover student participation fees so families pay $0 as well. Martial arts academies and entertainment venues primarily use Path A. They license the operator role themselves to run the league as part of their business. Pick your partner type above to see the path that fits.

Three reasons
we’re not the right partner for you.
A bad partnership wastes everyone’s time. If any of these describes your organization, we’d rather you know now than three meetings in.
Both partnership paths assume a consistent weekly cadence: one specific night or day, every week, for at least one semester or season. One-time events and floating schedules don’t build the community we’d be partnering to create. If your facility can’t protect a single weekly window, this isn’t the right format.
Even the lowest-touch path (Path B, where we provide the operator) requires someone inside your organization to schedule the room, post the offering to your members, and answer the first round of questions. If nobody on staff can give it 30 minutes a week, partnerships consistently underperform regardless of who runs the floor.
We do run one-off events through the Saber Tag league system, but they’re run by local operators, not LSTA centrally. The partnership channel is for recurring programs that build a roster. If you need a one-time demo, parties, or a single event, the closest local operator is the right contact, not the partnerships team.
If any of those is you, we’ll save you the meeting. If none of those is you, the conversation below is the next step.
