Founding instructors are listed in the LSTA public directory ahead of new entrants and keep their founding rate on any future renewal. New pricing introduced after the cohort closes applies only to new entrants. The founding cohort is capped at 100 seats. The directory placement is the asset; the rate lock is the bonus.
