LSTA Saber Flow
The LSTA nine-form curriculum slowed to a therapeutic register: breath-paced, low-impact, condition-aware. A weightless blade becomes the proprioceptive tool your clinical team already knows works. Structured enough to bill alongside, distinct enough to differentiate your practice.
Total Saber Fit
Programming designed by Sifu Julliana Armstrong, an NASM-certified trainer: 30-minute, high-intensity, low-impact sessions built on the LSTA combat forms. TSF operators in our pilot cohort are seeing strong early retention.
Saber Chi
A moving-meditation practice built on the Five Element system of Chinese medicine (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water), expressed through ten progressive levels of light sword movement. The differentiator for a yoga studio or qigong practice is the mastery architecture: ten levels means ten reasons to stay enrolled. Not a single class. A curriculum.
Dragon Cane Master
A lineage-grounded Tai Chi cane practice built on Dr. Jesse Tsao's published curriculum and the traditional transmission of Grandmaster Zhu Tiancai. One of four recognized grandmasters of Chen Style Tai Chi. The evidence base (Li, Fisher, Harmer & Shirai, 2003: funded by NIMH and NIA) draws from research and practices informed by organizations such as AGS, BGS, and AAOS. This is not a generic chair exercise class. It is the program your institution can sign onto with documented authority.
