Shipping Policy (Light Sword Training Academy + Rebellion / Trading Post)

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased through the Light Sword Training Academy ecosystem, including the Light Sword Trading Post (“Trading Post”), and any LSTA / Rebellion-branded product pages that direct to Trading Post checkout.


1) Where We Ship

We currently ship to the locations listed at checkout. Shipping availability may vary by product type, carrier limitations, and local regulations.

Domestic (U.S.): Available for most products

International: Available for select products where permitted

If we cannot ship an item to your location, you will see a restriction at checkout or we will contact you before fulfillment.


2) Order Processing Time (Before It Ships)

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time includes order verification, packing, and carrier pickup.

Exceptions (may take longer):

High-volume promotions / Founding drops

Backordered or pre-order items

Custom or limited-run releases

Orders requiring address verification

You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email when your package leaves our facility (when tracking is available).


3) Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Shipping speed options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order ships, not at the time the order is placed.

Typical ranges (may vary):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (U.S., where available)

International Shipping: 7–21+ business days depending on destination and customs

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


4) Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email tracking information to the email address on file. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to begin updating after shipment.


5) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination

Package weight/size

Shipping speed selected

Carrier pricing

We do not mark up shipping intentionally beyond what is required to fulfill packaging and carrier charges; however, shipping rates are not negotiable.


6) Address Accuracy (Your Responsibility)

You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout.

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address:

The carrier may return the package to us or deliver it incorrectly.

Additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the order.

We may require address verification before shipping.

If you notice an address error, contact support immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.


7) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen:

Check tracking updates and delivery location

Confirm your shipping address

Contact the carrier to open a claim (if applicable)

Contact our support team with your order number and tracking info

We will assist where possible, but carrier delays and theft are outside our control. Replacement or refund decisions are handled case-by-case.


8) Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

Contact support within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of:

The product damage

The packaging

The shipping label

We will review and determine a resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on inventory and the nature of the damage.


9) Backorders and Preorders

If an item is listed as a preorder or backorder:

Estimated ship dates (if provided) are approximate

Your order may ship in multiple packages if it contains both in-stock and backordered items

If a preorder/backorder is significantly delayed, we will provide an update and may offer options depending on product availability


10) International Orders, Customs, and Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges.

These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.

The recipient is responsible for any customs-related charges.

Customs processing times vary and can delay delivery.

We are not responsible for shipments held, delayed, or rejected by customs.


11) Mission Rewards and Rebel Credits

If your purchase involves Rebel Credits or mission-based rewards:

Rebel Credits may be earned through verified missions and may be redeemable for eligible items (where offered).

Rebel Credits do not change shipping timelines.

Some reward redemptions may have limited inventory or special fulfillment rules, which will be disclosed at redemption.
